The location of Carolina Hotel Since 1934 was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the major sights in Athens. The nearby metro station also made it convenient for us to travel around. Despite some occasional internet slowness, we were still able to surf most websites. The staff member at the front desk was helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were simple, tidy, and clean. The continental breakfast provided a good and rich selection. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, parallel to the main street Ermou with all the shops in the neighborhood. It is also very close to the ferry port. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and good AC. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. Although we didn't have a view, the hotel had a nice rooftop garden area where we enjoyed a takeaway dinner.

The noise from the street at night disturbed our sleep.

Plenty of nearby restaurants. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Doggy bag provided for early departure. Accommodating staff and delicious breakfast. Central location for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Extended check out and bag storage. Wonderful praise for hotel and staff.

It is right in the heart of the old city, making it incredibly easy to explore all the major historical sites. it is in a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, providing us with all the information we needed to move around the centre of Athens and get to other areas. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy double bed and a beautifully refurbished foyer.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The choices were limited and the quality was just average.
